Please find enclosed Counselling Schedule of MEG-II Year for the session January, 2026 alongwith students data. Please inform the students by email about Counselling Schedule & joining ID / URL (single link for a paper) and take your classes (Virtual mode) as per schedule. It is mandatory to take screenshots of participating students ( number of participants also shown on screenshots) for attendance & billing purposes. Please find the enclosed excel file of your name which contains student data of your respective course/s. Don't forget to paste your class URL/Link on IGNOU group also for monitoring purposes. Please adjust first two classes after last class.
Important.: As per IGNOU guidelines, it's crucial to use approved academic counselors for each course, as specified by IGNOU. Failure to do so may result in non-payment for counseling & other services. Therefore, all academic counselors who haven't completed the Empanelment form for specific papers should do so promptly using the provided link. This ensures compliance with IGNOU's requirements and avoids any issues with payment.
